2. Open the carriage cover. 3. Release the latch that secures a printhead, and lift it. 4. Clean the latch. 5. With a finger, apply a little grease to the latch. A suitable grease is available in a syringe from the user maintenance kit. 6. Repeat for the other printhead latches. 7. Close the carriage cover. 8. Turn on the printer. 9.
