Automatic Case Creation option Your printer may or may not be capable of Automatic Case Creation. ● If your printer is not capable of Automatic Case Creation, then the option will not be available. For further information, contact your service representative. ● If your printer is capable of Automatic Case Creation, it is activated by default, with the admin account as the case owner.
