When using thick paper [106 165 g/m2 (29-44 lb.)] or when an envelope is printed, it may be curled. You can avoid this by opening the rear cover and the media is printed straight out. However, it needs to be removed after the media is printed out to avoid a media jam. For available media, see "About Media" on page 9.
