When using thick paper [106 - 165 g/m2 (29 - 44 lb.)] or labels, use the manual feed. 1 Raise the paper support so that the media is not dropped from the output tray. •It is recommended to open the rear cover of the printer to avoid curls or wrinkles if you print a document on thick paper [106 - 165 g/m2 (29 - 44 lb.)] or an envelope.
