Click the Copy to.. button to copy the configuration from the device that you are currently configuring to other device(s) of the same model. Close Click Close to exit this screen. 13.2.1 Configuring a Syslog Server You can specify a syslog server for the OLT to send logs to. In the Syslog screen, click New... to create a new syslog server entry or click Modify to edit an existing one. Table 73 System Configuration > Syslog > New LABEL DESCRIPTION Active Select Active to enable the settings of the syslog server. Server Address Enter the IP address of a syslog server in dotted decimal notation. Log Level Select the severity level of the logs to be stored on the syslog server. OK Click OK to save the changes and close this screen. Cancel Click Cancel to discard all changes and close this screen. Clear Click Clear to start configuring this screen again. 13.3 SNMP Simple Network Management Protocol is a protocol used for exchanging management information between network switches.
