Chapter 2 Main Screen The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 9 Tools > User Management > Access Privilege Template > New LABEL DESCRIPTION Template Name This field is grayed out unless you are creating a new template. Type a name to create a new template. You can use 1-31 alphanumeric characters, underscores (_), or dashes(-). Spaces are not allowed. Access Privilege This section lists what kind of access this user account has to each function in the EMS. Each user account has one of three kinds of access to each function: NoAccess, ReadOnly, or ReadWrite. Use the tabs to set each function. OK Cancel The list is organized by the menu items on the EMS main screen. See the appropriate section in this User's Guide for more information about these functions.
