To open this screen, click Tools > User Management. Figure 4 Tools > User Management Chapter 2 Main Screen The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 4 Tools > User Management LABEL DESCRIPTION User List This field lists the user name for each user account. Select a user account to look at its privileges. You can also select a user account and click Modify or Delete to edit or delete it, respectively. User Information This section displays basic information about the user and the user account. Real Name This field displays the name of the user or group who uses this user account. Phone Number This field displays the phone number for the user or group who uses this user account. E-mail Address This field displays the e-mail address for the user or group who uses this user account. Memo This field displays any additional information about the user account. Expiration Date This field displays the last day the user account is valid. If the account is valid indefinitely, it displays none. Access Devices This section displays which devices, slots, and ports this user account can access using the EMS. These settings only apply to management using the EMS, not management using the web configurator or other services. For example, if you create a user account with administrator privileges for a device in the EMS, you cannot use this account to log in directly to the web configurator for the device.
