Chapter 14 Switch Configuration 2 Click Configuration > Switch Configuration > GARP Timer to display the following screen. Figure 121 Switch Configuration > GARP Timer The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 91 Switch Configuration > GARP Timer LABEL DESCRIPTION Join Timer Join Timer sets the duration of the join period timer for GVRP in milliseconds. Each port has a join period timer. The allowed join time range is between 10 and 6553 centiseconds; the default is 20 centiseconds. See the chapter on VLAN setup for more background information. Leave Timer Leave Timer sets the duration of the leave period timer for GVRP in milliseconds. Each port has a single leave period timer. Leave time must be at least two times larger than Join Timer; the default is 60 centiseconds. Leave All Timer Leave All Timer sets the duration of the Leave All Period timer for GVRP in milliseconds. Each port has a single Leave All Period timer. Leave All Timer must be larger than Leave Timer; the default is 1000 centiseconds. Apply Click Apply to save your changes. Copy to... Click the Copy to.. button to copy the configuration from the device that you are currently configuring to other device(s) of the same model. Close Click Close to exit this screen.
