Chapter 2 Main Screen 2.2.2 Access Privilege Template Management Use this screen to look at or manage the access privilege templates in the EMS. Access privilege templates specify which kind of access is granted for each function. Then, you can apply the same template to one or more user accounts. These templates do not include the device to which access is granted. You can set this up in the user account screens. (See Section 2.2.1 on page 26.) To open this screen, click Tools > User Management > Access Privilege Template... Figure 8 Tools > User Management > Access Privilege Template.. The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 8 Tools > User Management > Access Privilege Template.. LABEL DESCRIPTION Name This list displays each access privilege template in the EMS. Select one to look at the kind of access it provides to each function in the section below. You can also select one and click Modify or Delete to edit or remove the template. New Click this to create a new access privilege template. Modify Select a template, and click this to edit it.
