Chapter 16 IP Configuration The following table describes the related labels in this screen. Table 106 IP Configuration > DHCP Relay LABEL DESCRIPTION Enable Select the check box to have the OLT forward all DHCP requests to the Global DHCP same DHCP server. Sub-option 1 Info (Circuit ID) This read-only field displays the system name you configure in the System Info. screen. Select the check box for the OLT to add the system name to the client DHCP requests that it relays to a DHCP server. Per-VLAN Clear the Enable Global DHCP Relay check box to configure the OLT to DHCP Relay relay DHCP requests to different DHCP servers for clients in different VLAN. The OLT is configured on a VLAN by VLAN basis. Note: You must set up a management IP address for each VLAN that you want to configure DHCP settings for on the OLT. VID This field displays the ID number of the VLAN group to which this DHCP settings apply. Option-82 Enable This field displays whether the OLT adds information (slot number, port number and VLAN ID) to client DHCP requests that it relays to a DHCP server. Sub1 Enable This field displays whether the OLT adds the system name to the client DHCP requests that it relays to a DHCP server. Remote This field displays the IP address of a DHCP server in dotted decimal DHCP notation. Server 1 .. 3 New... Click New... to create a new entry. Modify... Click Modify... to change the settings of the selected entry. Delete Click Delete to remove the selected entry. Apply Click Apply to save the changes. Copy to... Click the Copy to.. button to copy the configuration from the device that you are currently configuring to other device(s) of the same model. Close Click Close to exit the screen.
