Chapter 14 Switch Configuration 14.9 Port VLAN To open the Port VLAN screen, right-click on the OLT in the Device List Panel, and click Configuration > Switch Configuration > Port VLAN. Then select a device and the port to which you want to apply this configuration. Figure 123 Switch Configuration > Port VLAN The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 93 Switch Configuration > Port VLAN LABEL DESCRIPTION GVRP GVRP (GARP VLAN Registration Protocol) is a registration protocol that defines a way for switches to register necessary VLAN members on ports across the network. Port Isolation Apply Copy to... Port List Select this check box to permit VLAN groups beyond the local switch. Port Isolation allows each port (1 to 12) to communicate only with the CPU management port and the uplink ports but not communicate with each other. This option is the most limiting but also the most secure. Click Apply to save the changes in this section. Click the Copy to.. button to copy the configuration from the device that you are currently configuring to other device(s) of the same model.
