ServeRAID error codes In the following error codes, x can be any number or letter. Note: See "System replaceable units" on page 131 to determine which components should be replaced by a field service technician. Error code/symptom FRU/action 1xxx (Microcode checksum error) 1. ServeRAID controller 2xxx (Code DRAM error) 1. Install download jumpers, flash latest level BIOS and firmware for controller. Remove jumpers. 2. ServeRAID controller. 3000-31xx(Code DRAM error) 1. Install download jumpers, flash latest level BIOS and firmware for controller. Remove jumpers. 2. ServeRAID controller. 3200 (Code DRAM error) 1.
