MIDI/CTRL Function MIDI/CTRL - SmpCtl1 (Sample Controller Setup 1) Sets up the sample's controller usage. Turn action Push action Knob 1 Knob 1 Knob 2 - Knob 3 Knob 4 - Knob 5 - You use this page together with page SmpCtl2 to set up the controller matrix that determines how selected MIDI controllers operate on the sample's playback. The matrix selects up to six controllers, and assigns to each of these a specific function and operating range. A conceptual illustration of the matrix is shown below. Selects a controller.
