Use the following procedure to search for a specific FC target. 1. Click the Search link. 2. Input the , partial WWN, or vendor name, or a combination of these values. 3. Click Next. The search results are shown as selected nodes in the Fibre Channel target tree. No changes are made if search criteria does not match. Viewing iSCSI initiators When you set up the iSCSI target gateway on a switch, all initiators may not be online yet, but the initiators automatically pick up and display in the Initiators tab. The table size grows automatically to show the initiators. This view presents all iSCSI initiators (hosts) and its associated mappings. You can view iSCSI initiator sessions here. Discovery Domain management You configure discovery domains (DD) and discovery domain sets for managing iSCSI device access control. The Discovery Domains pane displays all discovery domains and discovery domain sets and allows you to manage them. When you select DDInfo from the tree in the left pane, you can create a discovery domain. If you select an object in the discovery domain set listed you can view, create, edit, delete, enable, or disable any of the discovery domain information contained in each object. If you select a discovery domain object, you can edit or delete the data contained in the object. Discovery domains are placed in a discovery domain set. Discovery domains In the Create DD wizard you can configure the discovery domains (DD), add DDs to DDSets, and view the confirmation report. NOTE When you create new DDs, you specify a DD name, but you cannot edit or change the name when you edit the DDs. When you launch the Create DD or Create DDSet wizard, you can add or remove virtual targets to the selected DD or DDSet. The wizard displays all available initiators and targets grouped by initiators and targets on the left side. Depending on how the wizard is launched, the right side is blank or list current members of the DD being used: • When the wizard is launched using Create, the list at the right is blank. • When the wizard is launched using Edit, the list at the right displays current members of the DD being viewed. Viewing iSCSI initiators
