Defaults Menu - General Settings Menu item Purpose Values and descriptions Display Language To determine the language of the text on the control panel display. U.S. International Setting the menu item to one of the values affects these settings: • Copy From (Letter/A4) • Fax Original (Letter/A4) • E-mail Original (Letter/A4) • Date/Time Stamp representation (MM-DD-YYYY/DD-MM-YYYY) • Tray 1, Tray 2, MP Feeder, and Manual Pap (Letter/A4) • Manual Env (10 Envelope, DL Envelope • Universal Units of Measure (inches/ mm) • Margin Shift units of measure (inches/mm) Date Format Specifies the format based on the geographical location.
