Using the MFP control panel and menus Defaults Menu - Print Settings - PDF Menu(continued) Menu item Annotations Purpose Values and descriptions To specify whether to print the annotations within the PDF file. Annotation tools provide a variety of methods for marking up text and attaching notes and commentaries to PDF documents. Do Not Print* Print Do not print the annotations in the PDF file. Print the annotations in the PDF file. Security Functions On/Off Note: Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default settings.
