Using the MFP control panel and menus Copy(continued) Menu item Overlay Purpose Values and descriptions Creates a watermark or message that prints over the copy content on each page of the job. As with all watermarks, the word you select prints lightly in large print across the page. Off* Urgent Confidential Copy Draft Custom The overlay looks similar to the following on a page: Custom is displayed only if a special word is defined by a support person on the Web page. Use the left and right arrow buttons to make a selection. Confidential Back Highlight Back and press to return to the previous screen of the first set of menu items for the Copy menu. Fax Use the Fax menu, called the Fax Destination screen, to scan items and fax the image to one or more people directly from the MFP. This is called scan to fax.
