Using the MFP control panel and menus E-mail(continued) Item Options What will be scanned Purpose Values and descriptions Highlight Options, and then press to move to the next screen showing the next set of menu items for the E-mail menu. These are listed as follows. Specifies information in the values about the item to be scanned. Size Choose from these sizes: Letter* (Country/region specific default) Legal Executive Folio Statement A4* (Country/region specific default) A5 JIS B5 Mixed Sizes Note: Legal and Folio are not supported on the scanner flatbed. All scan media used with the scanner flatbed or ADF must be loaded short edge first. Use the left and right arrow buttons to make a selection. Orientation Selections are: Portrait* Landscape Content To control how the scanner processes the content of the original document.
