CHAPTER 6 Device Security Settings The screens explained device security settings such as firewall, VPN, anti-virus, anti-spam, IDP, signature update, content filter and X-auth. 6.1 Firewall This section shows you how to configure the Firewall screens. These screens may vary depending on which model you're configuring. Please see the device's User's Guide for more information about any of these screens or fields. 6.1.1 Default Rule Use this screen to configure global settings for the firewall and to set the default rules for packets in each direction.
