4062 Step Check Check the charge roll assembly for contamination and wear. Is the above component free of excess wear and contamination? Yes Go to step 5. No Replace the charge roll assembly. Go to "Access door removal (T650, T652, T654)" on page 4-8. 4 5 Check the transfer roll assembly for contamination and wear. Is the above component free of excess wear and contamination? Go to step 6. Replace the transfer roll assembly. Go to "Transfer roll assembly removal (T650, T652, T654)" on page 4-78. 6 Check the heat roll and pressure roll. Remove the fuser unit assembly. CAUTION: : Allow the fuser unit assembly to cool down. Replace the fuser unit assembly. Go to "Fuser unit assembly removal (T650, T652, T654)" on page 4-23. Go to step 7. Is there contamination or cracks on the heat roll and/or pressure roll? 7 Check the HVPS card assembly for proper connection. Is the above component properly connected? Replace the HVPS card assembly. Go to "HVPS card assembly removal (T650, T652, T654)" on page 4-24. Replace the connections. 8 Perform a print test. Does the problem remain?
