Media reached the sensor (pass through) within the specified time but did not clear it within the specified time. 1. Remove all media present in media path. 2. Close all media trays. Ensure the HCIT media tray assembly is properly inserted into the machine. 2. Check the HCIT tray lift motor assembly for binding or damage. 3.
