If the incoming call is from a number stored in your Contacts, the entry's name is displayed. The caller's phone number may also be displayed, if available. Note When your phone is off, calls go directly to voicemail. Ending a Call ᮣ To end a call press o. Missed Call Notification When an incoming call is not answered, the Missed Call log is displayed on your screen. To display the Missed Call entry from the notification screen: ᮣ Press View - (left softkey). (To dial the phone number, press O after displaying the call entry.) To display a Missed Call entry from standby mode: 1. Press M > Recent Calls. (You may also be able to press the navigation key down to display Recent Calls.) 2. Select the entry you wish to view and press r. Calling Emergency Numbers Your phone supports emergency calling. Emergency phone calls can be made even when your SIM card is blocked or not in your phone. ᮣ Dial 911 and press O to be connected to an emergency response center. If you are on an active call, you must end it before calling 911. When you make an emergency call, your phone's GPS Enabled feature can help emergency service personnel find you, if you are in a location where your phone's GPS antenna has established a clear view of the open sky and your local emergency response center has the equipment to process location information. See "GPS Enabled" on page 122, and particularly "IMPORTANT: Things to Keep in Mind" on page 122 and "Making an Emergency Call" on page 123, for more information on the limitations of this feature.
