Settings Sound Settings Ring Tones Ringer types help you identify incoming calls and messages. You can assign ringer types to individual Contacts entries, types of calls, and types of messages. Selecting Ringer Types Your phone provides a variety of ringer options that allow you to customize your ring and volume settings. These options allow you to identify incoming calls by the ring. 1. Press M > Ring Tones. 2. Scroll through the list of ring tones. A sample ringer will sound as you highlight each option. 3. Press r or press Assign - (left softkey). 4. Select the function(s) to which you want to assign the current ringer by highlighting the option and pressing r. (A check mark will appear next to selected options).
