Situation Job went to a different bin than was expected. Job prints on the wrong side of the paper. Solution The wrong size or type of media was used for the job. The Mailbox with Stapler, the optional Envelope Feeder, and each tray supports specific media. See the "Media Selection Guidelines" section of Chapter 5 for selecting the most appropriate media for your print job. Make sure you have loaded the media correctly. If you are printing one-sided copies, load media into Tray 1 with the side to be be printed facing up. Load media into Trays 2, 3, and 4 with the side to be printed facing down. If you are printing two-sided copies, load media into Tray 1 with the first side to be printed (odd-numbered) facing down.
