Settings 257 Text-to-speech You use the Text-to-Speech settings to configure the Android textto-speech synthesizer for applications that can take advantage of it, such as TalkBack. Text-to-Speech settings screen If you don't have speech synthesizer data installed, only the Install voice data setting is available.
