Section 3: Call Functions This section describes how to make, answer, or end calls. This section also describes your phone's features and functionality associated with making or answering calls. Making Calls Your phone offers multiple ways to make calls: • Use the touch screen Keypad to enter a telephone or speed dial number. • Return a call, or call a recently called number using the Logs. • Call a contact from Contacts. • Speed dial using Favorites. • Voice dial with Voice Control. 32 Making Calls Using the Phone Keypad 1. Navigate to a Home screen panel, then touch Phone. The Keypad screen appears in the display. 2. Enter a telephone or speed dial number on the Keypad screen keypad. 3. While dialing, you can use the following options: • Touch Menu, then touch Speed dial setting to dial or set Speed Dials. • Touch Menu, then touch Add 2 sec pause to insert a 2second pause in a telephone number. • Touch Menu, then touch Add wait to insert a Wait pause in a telephone number, to pause dialing to wait for input from you. 4. Touch to place the call. Note: Touching or does not end a call. (For more information, refer to "Ending a Call" on page 36.)

Making Calls Using the Phone Keypad
1.
