Using EQ 91 Using EQ Input Channels, Bus Outs, Aux Sends, and the Stereo Out all feature 4-band parametric EQ. The LOW-MID and HIGH-MID bands are peaking type. The LOW and HIGH bands can be set to shelving, peaking, or HPF and LPF respectively. EQ settings can be stored in the EQ library, which contains 40 preset memories and 160 user memories. Produces a tight electric bass sound by cutting very low frequencies. Unlike preset 9, this preset emphasizes the low range of an electric bass. Use on a synth bass with emphasized low range. Emphasizes the attack that is peculiar to synth bass. Makes pianos sound brighter. Used in conjunction with a compressor, this preset emphasizes the attack and low range of pianos. Use for line-level recording of an electric or semi-acoustic guitar to get a slightly harder sound. Adjusts the tonal quality of a slightly distorted guitar sound. A variation on preset 16. Makes a heavily distorted guitar sound clearer. A variation on preset 18. Emphasizes the bright tones of acoustic guitars. A variation on preset 20. You can also use it with gutsy guitar sounds. Using EQ
Input Channels, Bus Outs, Aux Sends, and the Stereo Out all feature 4-band parametric EQ.
The LOW-MID and HIGH-MID bands are peaking type. The LOW and HIGH bands can
be set to shelving, peaking, or HPF and LPF respectively. EQ settings can be stored in the
