The image must be xmlprm . The output displays the following information about the image: • Version - "5.1.0Txxy" indicates the image version number. "xx" indicates the hardware type; "y" indicates the image type. • Size - The size, in bytes, of the image. • Check sum - A unique ID for the image. If the contents of the image change, the check sum changes also. • Compilation date and time - The date and time that the image was compiled. The output displays the following information about the field-programmable gate array (FPGA) images that is stored in Flash for installation on the interface modules: • PBIF image information - The version number of the PBIF image. This image is installed on Ethernet interface modules but from different image files. The versions installed on Ethernet interface modules can differ and should reflect the correct image for your release. • XPP image information - The version number of the XPP image. This image is installed on Ethernet interface modules but from different image files. The versions installed on Ethernet interface modules can differ and should reflect the correct image for your release. • XGMAC image information - The version number of the XGMAC image. This image is only installed on the 10 Gbps interface module. NOTE: The FPGA version installed on your module should be the correct one for the version of Multi-Service IronWare you are running. The following Images are only displayed from the show version command: • MBRIDGE Revision - The version number of the MBRIDGE FPGA installed on the management module. • SBRIDGE Revision - The version number of the SBRIDGE FPGA installed on the PowerConnect B-MLXe Switch Fabric modules. Using the show version command
Enter the
show version
command to display version information for your router.
NOTE
This example is for illustration only and may not reflect current image version information.
Boot Image
Indicates the boot image installed in the interface module boot flash.
The image must be
xmlprm
<xxxxx>. The output displays the following
information about the image:
Version – “
5.1.0
Txxy
” indicates the image version number. “
xx
indicates the hardware type; “
y
” indicates the image type.
Size – The size, in bytes, of the image.
Check sum – A unique ID for the image. If the contents of the image
change, the check sum changes also.
Compilation date and time – The date and time that the image was
compiled.
FPGA Version Information
The output displays the following information about the
field-programmable gate array (FPGA) images that is stored in Flash for
installation on the interface modules:
PBIF
image information – The version number of the PBIF image.
This image is installed on Ethernet interface modules but from
different image files. The versions installed on Ethernet interface
modules can differ and should reflect the correct image for your
release.
