Replacing fan assemblies 7 3. Unhook the filter retainer from the air filter and discard the used filter. 4. Partially insert the replacement air filter by sliding it along the metal guides. The filter is marked with an arrow that indicates how the filter should be installed in relation to the direction of airflow in the router. Because air is pulled through the device, the arrow must point up towards the fan tray. 5. Attach the hook on the back of the filter retainer to the filter grab-strap. 6. Push the filter retainer into the router and tighten the two screws. Replacing the air filter in 4-slot and 8-slot routers Follow these steps to replace the air filter in 4-slot and 8-slot routers. 1. Loosen the two screws in the front of the filter retainer. 2. The filter is marked with an arrow that indicates how the filter should be installed in relation to

5.

6.
Push the filter retainer into the router and tighten the two screws.

Follow these steps to replace the air filter in 4-slot and 8-slot routers.
1.
