Troubleshooting Your Personal Workstation If Your Personal Workstation Has a Software Problem If You Have a Network Problem If you have a problem with your Personal Workstation's network, run the Intel ProSet utility provided with Windows NT 4.0. This utility is located in the system Control Panel window. To run the Intel ProSet utility, follow this procedure: 1. Click on the Start button and select the Settings item. 2. Click on the Control Panel item in the Settings menu. 3. Double click on the Intel ProSet icon. 4. Click on the Diagnostics tab when the Intel ProSet window appears and follow the instructions. If you have a problem with your Personal Workstation’s network, run the
Intel ProSet
