Contact you dealer to order shielded HP SCSI cables to connect external SCSI accessories. Low-voltage differential SCSI is very sensitive to noise, and therefore, all cables on the SCSI bus must be exceptionally high quality cables. Examples of these are given in Table 1-4. Please make sure that any external hard disk enclosures are rated for low-voltage differential SCSI use.
