Chapter 3 - Configuring the Printer Understanding the Wireless LAN Settings (continued) Setting Authentication WPA WPA Pre-shared key WPA2 Roaming setting Current channel AP MAC Address Signal strength Speed Region Description Sets the type of authentication to use for your WEP keys. You can choose between Auto, Open System, and Shared. Sets the Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) to either on or off. Sets the WPA Pre-shared key. Sets the Wi-Fi-Protected Access version 2 to either on or off. Sets the roaming reluctancy to 1, 2 or 3. Setting the roaming reluctancy to 0 turns off the roaming feature. (Read only or read/write for adhoc connections) Shows the current channel being used. (Read only) MAC address of the access point to which the printer is connected. (Read only) Radio signal strength of the access point. (Read only) Speed of the current connection.
