If you are finished deleting group dial keys, press the Reset key. Dialing With a Group Dial Key Note You CANNOT use group dial keys in combination with chain dial keys. You can use group dial keys not only for standard transmission, but also for such operations as Broadcast Transmission and Polling Reception. 1 If the operation involves the transmission of documents, set the documents you want to transmit. 2 If you want to change the transmission conditions, such as the resolution and density, press the [TX setting] key. If you do NOT want to change the current conditions, go directly to step 5. 3 Press the key that corresponds to the desired item and change the information as desired. Enter the additional fax number(s).

Once you are finished entering all of the fax numbers that you want,
press the [Finish dest. Set] ([Dest. set]) key.
Changing destinations

Select one destination to be changed, and then press the [Change]
key.

Enter the new fax number.
You can enter the fax number using the numeric keys, one-touch
keys and the address book. Chain dial keys can be used as well.

Press the [Finish dest. Set] ([Dest. set]) key.

Press the [Close] key.
Once you are finished making all of the modification that you want,
go directly to step 18.

Enter the abbreviated number of an unregistered speed-dial key
(0001 - 1000).
Once a 4-digit number is entered, that number may be changed
using the [+] and [-] keys.

Press the [Close] key.

Once you are finished modifying all of the items that you want, press
the [OK] key.
The message display will return to the same screen as was
displayed in step 3.
If you want to continue modifying other group dial keys, repeat steps
