Page 169 highlights

Restricting Communication To/From Specific Destinations (TX/RX Restriction) The TX/RX Restriction function allows you place limits on who you receive faxes from and who you can send faxes to. This is accomplished by imposing predetermined communication conditions that must be met. Specifically, you register the communication conditions (Permit Fax Number and Permit ID) in advance and then turn TX/RX Restriction ON. No special settings are required when you actually send or receive faxes. When you actually start sending or receiving a fax, only communication that meets the specified communication conditions will proceed. Communication that does not meet these conditions will result in an error. If RX Restriction is set to Reject List, you can prohibit fax reception from numbers registered as Reject Fax Numbers, or from other party who does not register its local FAX Number in its own fax in advance. Note Prior to using the TX/RX Restriction function, carefully read Prerequisites, Conditions Required for Successful Communication, and Reception Rejection Requirements below in addition to consulting with those parties to and from whom communication will be allowed.
