Ready for fax transmission. Place the original & assign destination. Dest Each Encryption Key contains 16 characters that can include any combination of the numerals 0 - 9 and the letters A - F. This key will then be registered under a 2-digit Encryption Key Number from 01 - 20. Note You can register up to 20 Encryption Keys in this fax. If Restricted Access is turned OFF, it is necessary to enter the currently registered administrator number before you can register Encryption Keys. You can also modify a registered Encryption Key by following the procedure below. If you want to cancel the procedure part way through, press the Reset key.
