ENGLISH The Camcorder : Basic Recording FRANÇAIS Votre caméscope : enregistrement simple Self Record using the Remote Control ✤ The Self Timer function works only in REC mode. ✤ When you use the Self Timer function on the remote control, the recording begins automatically in 10 seconds. 1. Set the Power switch to REC. 1 2. Press the SELF TIMER button until the appropriate indicator is displayed in the LCD screen. 3. Press the Start/Stop button to start the timer. I Self Timer starts counting down from 10 with a beep sound. I In the last one second of the countdown, the 2 beep sound gets faster, then recording starts automatically. I If you want to cancel the Self Timer function before recording, press the SELF TIMER œ button. 4. Press the Start/Stop button again when you wish to stop recording. 3 [ Notes ] I Do not obstruct the remote control sensor by putting obstacles between the remote control and Camcorder. I The remote control range is 4 ~5m (13 ~17 ft). I The effective remote control angle is up to 30 degrees left /right from the center line. [ Remarques ] I Ne perturbez pas le capteur de votre télécommande en plaçant des obstacles entre celle-ci et le caméscope. I La portée de la télécommande est de 4 à 5 m. I La télécommande peut être orientée sans dysfonctionnement jusqu'à 30 degrés de part et d'autre de la ligne médiane de l'appareil.
