Section 12 ⅷ Press the CLR key to return to the Tools menu. Calculator You can perform calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using your phone. 1. In standby mode, press the Menu (left) soft key ( ), then press (for Tools) and for Calculator. The Calculator appears in the display. 2. Enter the first number in your equation using the keypad (numbers can be up to nine digits long). ⅷ Press to enter a decimal point. (Calculator only accepts 2 digits after a decimal point.) Note: When you begin entering a number by pressing the key, "0." appears automatically in the Calculator screen. ⅷ Press to change the sign for a number to a negative. 3. Use the navigation keys to set the type of calculation that you wish to perform. Your choices are as follows: ⅷ Up navigation key - [x] Multiplication ⅷ Left navigation key - [-] Subtraction ⅷ OK key - [=] Equals/Total ⅷ Right navigation key - [+] Addition ⅷ Down navigation key - [÷] Division 4. Use the keypad to enter the second number into your equation. 5. Press the OK key to perform the calculation and view the result. 192
