6 Open the front cover. Section 9 TROUBLESHOOTING 10 Open the internal tray cover to remove the misfed paper. 7 Turn the knob clockwise to release the misfed paper from the internal tray section. 11 If the paper has been torn, remove the internal tray. 8 Remove the misfed paper. If the misfed paper cannot be removed, go to the next step. 12 Remove the misfed paper. 9 Pull out the internal tray. 13 Replace the internal tray in its original position. Close the front cover. 9-9
