SYSTEM SETTINGS (GENERAL) GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR SYSTEM SETTINGS 1 Press the [SYSTEM SETTINGS] key. DATA LINE DATA OB STATUS SYSTEM SETTINGS 2 Touch the key of the desired setting. The setting screen will appear. Each of the system settings is explained on the following pages. The [TRAY SETTINGS] key is selected in the following example. SYSTEM SETTINGS TOTAL COUNT TRAY SETTINGS KEYBOARD SELECT DISPLAY CONTRAST ADDRESS CONTROL LIST PRINT RECEIVE MODE ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS EXIT CLOCK FAX DATA FORWARD 3 Touch the [OK] key in the setting screen to close it. 4 When you are ready to exit the system settings, touch the [EXIT] key. A checkmark ( ) will appear to indicate that the item is selected. In the above settings, tray 1 can be used for printer, copy, and fax mode.
