Oiling the machine In order to extend the life of the machine's parts and keep the machine operating correctly, be sure to oil the machine before the first time that it is used. Afterward, put a drop of oil onto the hook once a day before use. Note • Touch , , , then , in that order, to see a video of how to oil the machine. ■ Oiling the race Touch . a Touch . b Put a drop of oil onto the hook. e Front angle view Side view 1 Punch a small hole in oil bottle. 2 Apply oil here. Touch f appeared in the following screen.  The race returns to its original position.  Following message appears. After oiling, insert the bobbin case into the hook, and g then close the hook cover. Oiling the machine
