 In the pattern display area, the color of the selected part of the pattern is changed. Memo • Touch to specify a thread color by entering its number. After changing the colors, touch . d Find new color schemes with the color shuffling function With the Color Shuffling function, the machine suggests new color schemes for the embroidery pattern that you have selected. After you select the desired effect from one of the four available color schemes ([Random], [Vivid], [Gradient] and [Soft]) the sample for the selected effect is displayed. Touch . a BASIC EMBROIDERY Select the thread brand for colors and the number of c colors you want to create the pattern with. 1 2 1 Thread brand for colors 2 Number of colors to be used Select the desired effect. d 1 2  The change thread color screen appears. Touch . b 1 Effects for schemes  If you select [Random] or [Gradient], the color specifying screen will appear.  If you select [Vivid] or [Soft], there is no color specifying screen. Proceed to step g. Touch e to set color to use in the effect. and specify the thread * If you don't need to specify the thread color, just set to . [Manual] setting for [Random] You can select up to 6 colors to be used in the [Random] effect. The effect will be created using the selected colors. Note • This function may not be available depending on the pattern you select (ex. a bordered pattern, licensed pattern).
