Initialization of sound card codec source transcoding process failed. The fixed audio source will not play possibly due to memory or resource shortage. The audio stream control subsystem for the Fixed MOH audio source failed to start. Audio from the MOH Fixed audio source will not be provided for streaming out. This may be due to resource shortage such as memory or availability of the Fixed MOH audio source device.
