Chapter 6 Cisco Unified Serviceability Alarms and CiscoLog Messages Warning-Level Alarms BeginThrottlingCallListBLFSubscriptions Cisco Unified Communications Manager has initiated throttling of CallList BLF Subscriptions as a preventive measure to avoid overloading the system. This alarm is raised when the total number of active BLF subscriptions exceeds the configured limit set by the Presence Subscription Throttling Threshold service parameter.
