Setting the automatic paper-type sensor You can set the all-in-one to select the print settings that are appropriate for the media that is loaded. When you turn on this feature, the all-in-one detects the type of media (such as plain paper or transparencies) and automatically selects the media type and print quality that are most suitable for the job. To set the automatic paper-type sensor z Control panel Press MENU and open the PRINTER menu. Select the Configure tray option to open the TRAY submenu, and use the Automatic media type sense option.
