Turning on the UID light aids in locating a specific blade within an enclosure. The UID lights can be turned on or off one at a time or as groups, depending on the checkboxes. Button Momentary Press Press and Hold Cold Boot Reset Description This button mimics a physical momentary press of the power button on the server blade. Clicking this button powers the server blade on or off gracefully. This button mimics a physical press and hold of the power button on the server blade. Clicking this button forces the server blade to shut power off without regard for first shutting down the OS before turning power off. This option is not available when the server blade is off. Clicking this button immediately removes power from the system. This option is not available when the server blade is off. Clicking this button performs a system reset. This option is not available when the server blade is off. One Time Boot NOTE: This menu is not available for HP Integrity Superdome 2 server blades or storage blades. Option Diskette Drive (A:) CD-ROM Hard Drive C: RBSU PXE NIC Description Forces the server blade to reboot to the diskette drive. Be sure the diskette drive is attached to the server blade before selecting this option. Forces the server blade to reboot to the CD drive. Be sure the CD drive is attached to the server blade before selecting this option. Forces the server blade to reboot to the hard disk. Forces the server blade to boot to the ROM-Based Setup Utility. Forces the server blade to boot to PXE NIC. DVD NOTE: This menu is not present for HP Integrity Superdome 2 server blades or storage blades.
