Using the NeoLinux Print Manager utility Security in Print Manager After the configuration password is set on a NeoLinux thin client, then only a user with that password can add, edit, or delete printers defined in Print Manager. All users have access to the Print Manager utility dialog. But if the user clicks on Add, Edit, or Remove, then the configuration password must be provided in the resulting dialog before completing the action. Printer Jobs dialog Because all users may need to trouble-shoot print problems, access to the Printer Jobs dialog is not restricted. Highlight a printer.
