Turn Your Phone On and Off The instructions below explain how to turn your phone on and off. n To turn your phone on, press and hold the Power key. After your phone is turned on, it may display "Searching for Service." When your phone finds a signal, it enters standby mode-the phone's idle state. You are ready to begin making and receiving calls. n To turn your phone off, press and hold the Power key to open the phone options menu and touch Power off. Note: The Power Save feature conserves your battery power when you are in an area where no signal is available. Turn Your Phone On and Off

key.
