• Voice Call: allows you to call the highlighted phone number. • Paste: allows you to paste the number in the display. Press the to dial the number or press the Options soft key for additional options. • Save to Address Book: saves number to your Address Book. • Send Message: allows you to send a multimedia message or text message to the highlighted phone number. • Delete: allows you to delete the selected number or delete all the number in the call log. 4. To dial the number, press the key. Alternatively, press the Options soft key, highlight Voice Call and press the Select soft key or the key. Making a Call from the Address Book You can store phone numbers that you use regularly on the SIM card or in the phone's memory. These entries are stored in the Address Book. Once you have stored a number in the Address Book, you can dial it by pressing a few keys. You can also assign your most frequently-used numbers to number keys using the Speed Dial feature. For further details about the Address Book feature, see "Section 6: Understanding Your Address Book" on page 46. Adjusting the Call Volume During a call, if you want to adjust the earpiece volume, use the Volume keys on the left side of the phone. Press the key to increase the volume level and the key to decrease the level. In Idle mode, you can also adjust the keypad tone volume using these keys. Switching Off the Microphone (Mute) You can temporarily switch off your phone microphone, so that the person on the phone cannot hear you. To switch the microphone off temporarily: Ⅵ Press the Mute soft key. To switch the microphone back on: Ⅵ Press the Unmute soft key. 26
