• Service Number (SIM Dependent): displays emergency numbers, directory inquiries and voice mail numbers. Press the Call soft key, or the key, or the key to call selected service number. • Delete All: allows you to delete all entries from either the Phone and SIM, Phone, or SIM. You are asked to confirm that you wish to delete the entry by pressing the Yes soft key or the key. While viewing an Address Book entry, press the Options soft key to use the following options. • Edit: allows you to edit the contacts information. • Send Message: allows you to create and send a text message or multimedia message for the selected number. • Special Options: displays special options that are specific to the contact. • Add to Speed Dial: allows you to add the number to a speed dial location. • Copy to SIM/Phone: allows you to copy the number to another location. You can select the memory location, either SIM or Phone, depending on the current memory location. • Send Name Card via: allows you to send your Name Card via Text Message or Bluetooth. • Use Number: allows you to paste the number into the normal dialing mode. Use this option to dial a number similar to one in the Address Book, such as a different extension in the same office. Use the key to change the number as required. When you are ready to dial, press the key. • Delete: allows you to delete the entry. You are asked to confirm that you wish to delete the entry by pressing the Yes soft key or the key. Editing an Existing Address Book Entry 1. In Idle mode, press the Menu ( ) soft key to access Menu mode. 2. Use the Navigation keys to highlight Address Book and press the Select soft key or the key. 3. Using the Up or Down Navigation key highlight Contact List and press the Select soft key or the key. 4.
