Before resetting your device: 1. Verify that the information you want to keep has transferred to your storage area. 2. Log in to your Google Account and confirm your user name and password. To reset your device: 1. From home, tap Apps 2. Tap Reset. > Settings > General management . 3. Tap Factory data reset. 4. Tap Reset device and follow the prompts to perform the reset. 5. When the device restarts, follow the prompts to set up your device. Note: Unless you removed all Google Accounts from the phone before performing the Factory data reset, you will need to sign in to the Google Account that was previously assigned to the phone to complete setup. Before resetting your device:
